WHO CAN APPLY |
MA students, doctoral candidates and recent PhDs in relevant fields (anthropology, history, literature, sociology, interdisciplinary arts, cultural, gender and new media studies), as well as artists, activists and cultural producers, are invited to apply to the Pelion Summer Lab. In exceptional cases, we will consider qualified, advanced undergraduates and recent BA graduates.
We are seeking participants who clearly demonstrate their reasons for wanting to attend the particular PSL and can point to a prior history of research, collaboration, creative experimentation and public intervention. |
COSTS |
There is no tuition for our 10-day program. There is, however, a registration fee of 200€ that covers basic operating costs of the PSL (such as printing, cleaning, gas, PSL swag, coffee, snacks) as well as transportation for our various local excursions.
Participants will be required to cover the cost of their personal expenses (travel to Neochori, food and lodging). |
ACCOMONDATIONS |
We have arranged for accommodations in Neochori at local hotels and rented homes, at different price points. Details and choices for these accommodations will be provided after acceptance to the program. You should expect to pay from 300€ to 500€ for 10 nights of accommodation depending on the residence and if you are in a single or double room.

SCHOLARSHIPS |
We have applied for funding to various organizations and hope to be able to cover the cost of many meals, as well as provide needs-based scholarships as we have done in the past. We will have more news in the coming weeks!
